Our products are designed to match the visuals shown, however slight variations may occur.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To proceed, you must provide:
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
Requests after 24 hours may not be accepted.
Return, Replacement & Inspection
If your request is approved:
You may be asked to return the product for inspection
After review, we will proceed accordingly
In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

This includes Gallery Lustre Photo Paper for sharp, vibrant detail and Archival Matte Canvas for a classic, textured feel. We use industry standard C Printing for Gallery Lustre Photo Prints and archival inks for the Archival Matte Canvas.
We strive for 100% accuracy. However, please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings (brightness/contrast). Since we use premium matte and lustre finishes, the physical art often has a depth and texture that digital screens cannot fully capture.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is any damage, take clear photos of the box and the artwork and contact us via whatsapp within 24 hours. We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately.
