Payment Policy (The 30% COD Clause)
Standard Payment: We accept full payment at checkout via Credit/Debit cards for immediate processing.
Cash on Delivery (COD): To maintain the integrity of our bespoke printing process, all COD orders require a 30% non-refundable advance payment for order confirmation. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you with payment details for the advance. The remaining 70% will be collected at the time of delivery.

We use only exhibition-grade materials to ensure your art lasts for generations. This includes Gallery Lustre Photo Paper for sharp, vibrant detail and Archival Matte Canvas for a classic, textured feel. We use industry standard C Printing for Gallery Lustre Photo Prints and archival inks for the Archival Matte Canvas.
We strive for 100% accuracy. However, please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings (brightness/contrast). Since we use premium matte and lustre finishes, the physical art often has a depth and texture that digital screens cannot fully capture.
Yes! Beyond our curated collections, we offer bespoke printing services. Whether you need a specific size to fit a unique wall space or want to print a high-resolution personal photograph using our fine art process, we can accommodate you. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Email for custom quotes.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is any damage, take clear photos of the box and the artwork and contact us via whatsapp within 24 hours. We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately.
Yes, we offer COD across Pakistan. However, please note that a 30% advance payment is required to confirm your order, as each piece is custom-made.
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Since each piece is printed and framed to order, please allow 7–10 working days for delivery.
